BROAD BEANS COOKED À LA HOTEL CLUB NATURA
OLIVA
Ingredients:
1 kilo of broad beans
2 onions
1 bunch of green onions.
1 bunch of dill
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 glass of Club Natura Olive Oil.
Shell the broad beans. Roast the onions with olive oil and mix them with the broad beans. Add hot water to the top of this mixture. Add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of sugar. When it is nearly cooked, add the sliced fresh green onions and the dill. Turn off the heat when there is still a bit of water in the bottom.
